We modernise

Modernisation of high voltage supplies to the end of optimising
your electro-filter comprises four main functional groups:

1. Electro-filter control
2. Electro-filter regulation
3. High voltage production
4. Rectification

The first two items are simple, uncomplicated and recommendable in almost all cases. The last two items may be simple, however, very often it is more economical to replace the high voltage unit entirely and to adapt it to the existing electro-filter. This allows you to make significant energy savings. But this is dependent on the concrete case at hand. -Seek our advice-

We repair

Our customer service fitters are equipped with all necessary construction parts so that repair works can be carried out on your site. Only in case of serious damages would it be more economical to move the high voltage transformer to our plant in order to allow for insulating substances, for example, to be vacuum dried.
Often it could also be considered to combine repairs with a modernisation of the high voltage supply or possibly a voltage increase. The advantages here would be twofold and you would achieve more economical operations.

Thanks to our long-standing experience we have got the know-how to modernise any models. We carry out all necessary individual adapations fast and economically.

Modifications

Examples:

• Modernisation of switchboards with separated earthing switch (electrically with solenoid or pneumatically).
• Modification of oil pans for high voltage units
• Insulation or renewal of leads
• Modifications of kV-measurements (kilovolt divider under oil)
• High voltage transformer insulation
• Complete bare wiring of the high voltage side in VA
• Checking and advice on existing installations
